Where can I enter my discount code?
Discount codes can be entered on the right side of the checkout page.
If you’re on our mobile website, the code can be entered by clicking “Show order summary” on the checkout page.
Do the canvases come ready to hang?
Yes, they do! All of our art comes wrapped around an oak wood frame, with hooks pre-installed. All you is need a hammer and a nail.
Can you print my image or make a custom size for me?
Yes! We want to bring your images to life on our canvas so please send custom requests to info@blankspaceco.ca.
How do I qualify for free shipping?
Free shipping is available on all orders valued at $99 or more.
Can I track my order?
Yes. We will send you a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number the moment your order ships.
Can I checkout using Paypal?
Yes, you can! We currently accept all major credit cards, but also have an option to checkout through Paypal at the payment section of the checkout process. For those of you with iPhones, we also accept Apple Pay!
What is your refund / damaged item policy?
We are confident that you will love the canvases you purchase from us. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order or it’s just not quite right for your space, we are more than happy to offer you an exchange, credit, or refund. The item must be returned to us in it’s original condition within 30 days of receipt. Please note that we do not provide return postage.
In the unusual case that your items are damaged, defective, or not what you had ordered, please contact us and we will arrange to have a replacement sent at no additional cost. If a replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
